Welcome to the Sound.Wav 2025 Vendor Submission Form! We will be accepting approximately 20 vendors this year. Upon approval, we require a $50 Vendor Fee to be paid through Zelle or Venmo (No hidden fees). This year we are implementing parking passes for our on site parking lot. Vendors will have the option of purchasing a parking pass for $10 from the ticketing website or free street parking. We will allow all vendors to drive into the venue for set up, however we will not be able to allow this for break down. Vendors are required to be onsite and set up by 11:30am as this years event starts at 12pm. The event ends at 10pm. We expect all vendors to operate until at least 7pm. We always recommend operating as long as possible! No Tents are required. We will provide shaded 10ftx10ft vendor spots in our Vendor Village. This year we are also offering a new location for vendors at are our Gaming And Lounge Area. If you are specifically interested in this new location please mention that in the “Describe Your Craft” box below. Please be prepared to provide your own tables.
